Each one is unique and is weather safe.
I have painted the back side then epoxide a hollow tube on the back for the stake to glide into.. It will come with a Separate 16 inch Metal stake for easy shipping.
Note that the stake will eventually rust.

It can take the heat, rain or snow.
I have Airbrushed Enamel Paint on the surface and then finished them with a clear gloss Spar Urethane that contains an UV protectant against natures toughest conditions. This will reduce the graying and fading effects of the sun.
