The Dimensions of the Butterfly Sculpture is 29 inches long by 17 inches wide by 4 inches.
The Clay and Metal Butterflies are mounted on a steel frame.

Made with steel and then coated with black enamel paint the Wall Sculpture is built to withstand the elements for years of enjoyment.
Once the clay is dry, the Whimsy Butterflies are fired in my kiln. As they're all handmade, no two are exactly alike. Imperfections are part of the charm!

Each piece is lovingly hand formed, as well as each piece is a base coat of acrylic paint with ceramic stains and textured acrylic paint detailing.

It is finished with a clear gloss Spar Urethane that contains an UV protectant against natures toughest conditions. This will reduce the graying and fading effects of the sun.
