How Do the Water Sensors Work?

Simply place your Thirsty Snail into the soil of your potted plant. To check if your plant needs watering, gently pull the snail’s post out and take a look:

If the bottom of the post is darker: The soil is still damp—no need to water yet.

If the post is all one color (light): The soil is dry—it’s time to give your plant a good drink!
