Simply place your Thirsty Shroom into the soil of your potted plant. To check if your plant needs watering, gently pull the mushrooms post out and take a look:

If the bottom of the post is darker: The soil is still damp—no need to water yet.

If the post is all one color (light): The soil is dry—it’s time to give your plant a good drink!
