The finish on each piece begins with a base coat of acrylic paint, layered with ceramic stains and textured acrylic paint for added depth and detail. I prefer working with acrylic paints rather than traditional ceramic glazes because they allow for a much wider range of bright, playful colors that enhance the whimsical style of my work.

A wire loop on the back makes it easy to hang on your wall.
